Tips for Soul Winning (1)

when Jesus was leaving the earth, some of his final words to His disciples were "Go and make disciples of all nations..' (Mt.28:19-20). as one of His present-day disciples, Jesus want you to lead people into relationships with Him. if your desire is to get Xtreme with God and to do everything He has called you to do, then follow these tips to become a soul winner today!
1. Know Him. get know God by reading the word and spending time in prayer and His people in church. God wants you to taste and see that (He) is good (Psalm.34:8)
2. Become like Him. when you get to know God, your nature will change. you'll become like Him, expressing the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfullness, gentleness, and self-control. Your Friend will see these extreme qualities in your life, and they'll want to taste and see for themselves
3. Love. Jesus gave us the key to soul winning when he said, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. this is the first and greatest commandment. and the second is like it: Love your neighbor as your self (Mt.22:37-39). Your love for God will couse you to love people as Jesus love them-not as a judge, but as a genuine friend. "greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends' (John 15:13)
